Про етичні принципи роботи кризового психолога
Довіра дуже крихка, тому ми чітко дотримуємось етичних норм в роботі з кожним клієнтом, адже від цього залежить ефективність кризової роботи. Ми знаємо, як складно інколи відкритися і розповісти про свою проблему психологу, особливо з огляду на численні публікації у ЗМІ з висвітленням подробиць особистого життя жертв психічного чи фізичного насилля. Ми не будемо давати оцінку діям відповідальних за розповсюдження такої інформації людей, а лише нагадаємо про деякі принципи нашої роботи:
:point_right: всі відомості, отримані в процесі кризової роботи з клієнтом не підлягають ні свідомому, ні випадковому розголошенню без згоди на це самого клієнта;
:point_right: кожна розмова чи листування, в тому числі, за допомогою месенджерів, залишається лише між фахівцем та психологом; документація роботи психологів вміщує лише професійно необхідні матеріали, а доступ сторонніх осіб до цих матеріалів виключений;
:point_right: психолог не збирає додаткових відомостей про обстежуваного без його згоди і працює лише з тією інформацією, яка потрібна для виконання його професійного завдання.
Кризова робота в умовах техногенної чи природної катастрофи, теракту, війни, епідеміїї чи іншого масового явища повинна підпорядкуватись як суспільним інтересам, так і загальній організації системи допомоги постраждалим і ліквідації його наслідків. Тому порядок допомоги постраждалим, питання охорони їх життя та здоров’я повинні відповідати правовим нормам та встановленим вимогам організованої влади (військовій, цивільній, надзвичайній, іншій). Це важливі організаційні аспекти, без дотримання яких можна нашкодити тому, хто гостро потребує допомоги. Що стосується безпосередньо діяльності кризових психологів, то юридична складова цього процесу, а також дотримання безпечних умов їх роботи та необхідних результатів повинна забезпечуватись встановленою формою організації професійного товариства, до якого вони входять.
Ми всі вперше зіштовхнулися з війною, ми всі вперше підлаштовуємо наше життя та організовуємо діяльність в умовах воєнного стану. Це складний, відповідальний і дуже мінливий процес, але ми знаємо, заради чого ми це робимо. Війна змушує нас прискорюватись та інколи квапливо приймати рішення, однак, є непохитні постулати в роботі кожного спеціаліста, які не можуть бути порушені, і ми дотримуємось їх без виключень.

Trust is very fragile, so we strictly adhere to ethical standards in working with each client, because the effectiveness of crisis work depends on this. We know how difficult it is sometimes to open up and talk about your problem to a psychologist, especially given the numerous publications in the mass media covering the details of the personal lives of victims of mental or physical violence. We will not evaluate the actions of the people responsible for the distribution of such information, but will only remind you of some principles of our work:
:point_right: all information obtained in the process of crisis work with the client is not subject to either deliberate or accidental disclosure without the consent of the client himself;
:point_right: every conversation or correspondence, including through messengers, remains only between the specialist and the psychologist; documentation of the work of psychologists contains only professionally necessary materials, and access to these materials by outsiders is excluded;
:point_right: the psychologist does not collect additional information about the subject without his consent and works only with the information that is necessary for the performance of his professional task.
Crisis work in the conditions of a technogenic
or natural disaster, terrorist attack, war, epidemic or other mass phenomenon must be subject to both public interests and the general organization of the system of assistance to victims and elimination of its consequences. Therefore, the order of assistance to victims, issues of protecting their lives and health must comply with legal norms and established requirements of organized authorities (military, civil, emergency, other). These are important organizational aspects that, if not observed, can harm someone who is in dire need of help. As for the activities of crisis psychologists, the legal component of this process, as well as the observance of safe conditions of their work and the necessary results, must be ensured by the established form of organization of the professional society to which they belong.
We have all encountered war for the first time, we are all adjusting our lives and organizing our activities under martial law conditions for the first time. It is a complex, responsible and very variable process, but we know why we are doing it. The war forces us to speed up and sometimes hastily make decisions, however, there are unshakable postulates in the work of each specialist that cannot be violated, and we adhere to them without exception.
